ive had a 24" over my tank for about 4 years now. Feel like maybe its no longer working like is should.

Anyway I can test to see if it's time for a replacement?

At 4 years your light is likely very near full LED power- Cree LEDS are rated for about 8 years, at which point they may lose 5-10% efficiency.
