ive had a 24" over my tank for about 4 years now. Feel like maybe its no longer working like is should.

Anyway I can test to see if it's time for a replacement?
 
At 4 years your light is likely very near full LED power- Cree LEDS are rated for about 8 years, at which point they may lose 5-10% efficiency. As long as you keep your light relatively clean and free of salt creep and dust, it will last quite a long time. We have V1s still out there and going on 10 years now. We built the Photons to last

If you can borrow a PAR meter that would be useful to determine your lights output.

What % are you running each channel at?
