An upate on the test bucket and tank:

Test Bucket
2 weeks of rock in the bucket the PO4 has increased to .91 which is far above what i was expecting. I guess to some degree water changes were keeping the values down but I am nervous to see how high this will go....ill let it sit for another week and then test again...if it levels off ill change water and start measuring the decline.

DT
I got 20lbs and I pulled out A LOT of rock (an over heaping 5gallon bucket worth)...My DT did start with a ton of rock and I did realize reducing rock would allow for more coral so it was a win win for me. TAMPA BAY LIVE ROCK is pretty amazing sooo much life on those rocks its been great. I pullled as many hitchhikers as I could (mostly tiny crabs) and in the tank they went. I am excited to see where things go from here. My PO4 before the live rock was .43 I added the rock and pulled the other rock, shifted things around as need and tested 24 hours later....PO4 is now at .51so, again I am anxious to see how things trend over the upcoming weeks.
