How can you tell whether its bleaching or not. Should I move it down the tank a little if its bleaching. The mouth looks like its standing straight up in its mouth if that makes any sense?
Is my anemone healthy?

It is too light and transparent for my liking -- but I can't tell from just one picture if it is getting better (( darker, less transparent )) or worse.
What lights was it under?
That is better than what I was expecting. Not ideal, but not the worse thing.

That would be helpful --- what wattage and color temp are your metal halides?
You may want to think about putting 3 layers of window screening (( supported by egg crate )) between the tank and the lights -- with removing a layer every 5-7 days.

Okay awesome. Thank you so much for helping everyone. I want to apologize again for bumping the thread too soon, I just didnt want the anemone to be dying right infront of my guys. I will keep you all updated!

I would suggest try feeding it small amounts of Mysis shrimp or Rods, let it move to where it needs be and let it be. In time it will color back up. At this point I don't think it's bleaching it was more than likely just stressed from shipping by LFS, plus most or all LFS don't provide the proper lighting Anemone would need. I see so many nice Nems with garabge lighitng over it that they all look sick or just stress, now that he has a great home and some awesome lighting he'll be happy in no time... :) Happy Reefing

P.s are anemones senitive to changes in salinity?
Yesterday my power went out and caused the sump to overflow and our salt level is way down. I just found this out from my brother -.-
What are they good for?

That could be a problem. That damage has been done. The best thing to do would be to slowly raise the salinity so it doesn't stress it out more. If you overflowed the sump with an ATO just let it all evaporate and it will be back at the same point as before.

That could stress it out -- but that wouldn't account for the way it looks. The sparse tentacles wouldn't happen that quickly. When the tentacles it can be a sign that the anemone has been consuming itself for energy.
