Is My BTA Dead?

So I got my bta a few days ago and he has seemed to be doing fine. I checked all my parameters this morning and they were perfectly fine but just walked in the room and found him like this.. Is it dead? or moving? orrrr what?

Seems to have flipped over (tentacles on the sand) I think. U can try and use something to turn it back over and see what the mouth looks like.
