Is my clownfish trying to lay eggs

My clownfish have recently taken an interest in my GSP (never went there before) and one has gotten a lot larger. Today she(? Assuming based on size) has been laying down in it all day and flips out when she comes out of that corner she's found. When the lights went down and the GSP receded she went back to normal. Both are eating fine. I'm thinking maybe they're trying to lay eggs but concerned it could be something else, just never seen them lay down before. Any idea what's going on? I've had them almost 2 years

Yes they will lay down in whatever coral they are hosting, sometimes it even looks like they are dead. But its fine, thats just what they do.

Yep, what @Mr. Mojo Rising said. Thought mine was dead first time I saw it. But she, yes the bigger is the two, is very protective of “her” anemone.
