Is my RBTA face up in attack mode?

So this red stringy stuff is coming from my RBTA. A snail is bothering it currently. Is this a defense mechanism or is it dying? It has split before and it didn't look anything like this.

Could be expelling the zooanthele. Given a split before and the tank seemingly newer it could point to being unhappy.

Definitely noted. I didn't think splitting would be considered happening under newer conditions

That’s zoo not poop. It’s unhappy and probably split before because of survival.
