Is my sps growing or bleached/dead

I bough this red monti frag a couple days ago. It was fresh clipped off of a huge colony. Yes, it was this big when I bought it. It had white tips when I got it but I don’t know if it’s bleaching damage or new growth tips. There’s a blue light and white light picture attached below. Just need some confirmation or any suggestions you have. Thanks guys

If it recedes any more just trim off the bad pieces. They are pretty hardy so you should be ok. BTW, be mindful of your trace elements. That birds nest will soak up all your trace especially in a pico tank.
