Yeah I’m gonna test it again before I head out for lunch in a few hours hopefully it drops so I can pick up fish if not I guess it is what it is. I was hoping to see the levels start to come down by now

I haven’t since day one when I added the Fritz turbo start 900

Day 14 little over 24 hours after dosing 2ppm ammonia and these are my results. Was hoping for it to cycle out but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Not sure if the tank need more bacteria or just more time to cycle?

This morning results ammonia is dropping slowly

Day 15 of the beginning of the cycle and 48 hour update since adding the 2nd dose of ammonia. Cycle is moving kinda slow I suspect it to zero out in the morning. Any suggestions on what my next step should be? Does the tank need another small bottle of the turbo start? Should I add more ammonia when it zeros out again? Or should I just add the fish?

I was just more curious if I needed another bottle of the turbo start 900 because I’ve seen most peoples tank cycle within 24 hours after the first zero out

Like I suspected the ammonia zeroed out this morning right around 60 hours after my second dose of ammonia right around 2ppm

what i did was wait until my tank could reduce 1 ammonia to zero within 24 hours, and than let the nitrites go down to nitrates before adding my first 2 clowns

Haven’t been home since this morning but the ammonia was zeroed out this morning

Ok that’s what I’ll probably do hopefully my nitrites dropped by now and I’ll redose another 1ppm of ammonia and see what happens

Here’s an update for the nitrites forgot to take a pic of the ammonia but it was zero. I think I’m gonna wait for the nitrites to drop some more before dosing more ammonia
