Is this toad stool bleaching or shedding have had him for about a month was a fresh cut piece when I got it banded it and then it attached. The polyps have been coming out after it attached to the rock and got happy but the past couple days they only come out for a short period of time it seems and today two hours lights on they still haven’t come out and two corners look white. Haven’t adjusted light settings in probably a couple weeks

Looks to be ticked off; potentially shedding. For leathers, if you touch it and it feels firm to the touch (leather like) then they’re fine. They deteriorate and fall apart pretty quickly if not doing well.

Its very hard to bleach a toadstool, they can take really high light. Give it good flow, it likes flow.
