Is my torch dead?

It was happy and healthy for about a week, and now this is what I have.

My leather, zoas, and chalice seem good. Maybe a tiny bit closed, but nothing out of the ordinary.
 
I will report back on levels. I don't dose mag cal or alk, so I don't test for them.
 
Yes your torch is gone. That sucks. I had a nice torch with about 9 heads. The polyps opened up real big, looked great. Then one day I noticed the flesh part was detaching from the skeleton. This is known as polyp bailout. In 2 days I lost all 9 heads. Seems like when they go they go quick. My only guess is my alk dropped from 9.1 to about 7.6 unexpectantly. Everything else was fine.
 
I had a frogspawn bailout. I left the skeleton and it started to bud. the tiny buds have now become a full frogspawn. I'd say this one looks gone but there is always the possibility that some might be still alive in it. Leave it in your tank and you might get lucky.
