Reputation maybe. People can add to your reputation based on posts by clicking on the scale icon under the reputation

It is reputation. You can add rep points to members for good post, helpful threads, etc...

Oh yea you use that little balancing scale image that is right below the green square.

Yeah, I see the balancing scale. That's not what I'm talking about. Just above the scale and to the left is a little green square. If you hover your pointer over it, it says "(username) is on a distinguished road". It does it for everybody that I have tried.

Yea they are related to each other. You use the scale to give people reputation either good or bad and it either increases the green dots or decreases them.

Wow, for now im green. How long before before it starts flashing red under my avatar and my computer starts to smoke?
