Is reef link really that bad??

Is the reef link really that bad? I did some research and it seems all the posts were from a few years ago.

Are they really that Bad? I got a Vectra today and was wondering if reef link was worth it?

I have had my reeflink for one year running an xr15 pro g4. The wifi doesn't work, only works hardwired through ethernet cable. I bought this new and whenever it decided to break I will get another ecotech product. With the light itself, directly hooking it up to a computer never worked from new. That's why I had to buy the reef link to begin with

Is reef link really that bad??
