I was wanting to possibly dye some PVC fittings on my return to make them blend in more and was wondering if this dye is reef safe?

Dang didn't know that. Thank for the help. The dye will not be absorbed into the PVC, your better off painting with spray Rust-Oleum

I have died motorcycle parts with RIT dye and it was absorbed into the plastic just by immersing the part in the dye for several hours. Another way is to add the dye to clear pipe cleaner or MEK then brush it on. It won't peel or chip like paint. If you keep it on the outside of the pipe, you don't have to be too concerned about the dye being reef-safe.
