I am currently medicating my female for stringy poop thinking it’s internal parasites and it’s going well she’s gotten better but just today it looks like she’s breathing faster or am I just freaking out

What Medication are you using? From your Video, the Female Clown is sick and may have the beginnings of Brook. The flared gills are not normal, and I noticed a shutter also.

Here’s the video
Skip the metro which should be used when absolutely necessary and by weight. In addition, this will not help with internal parasites in which by the looks of the fish, is not internal parasites but may be from excess mucus in the stomach lining especially if you are feeding mysis and brine shrimp. If so, stop the mysis for about a week and feed flakes and pellets and even LRS fish frenzy and you will see a change in feces color and consistency
As for breathing, this is labored breathing and add air stone and assure ammonia and nitrates not elevated. If using API tests, you may be getting false readings.
Do a water change and add an air stone to tank right away

I agree to discontinue the Focus and Metro. It's very difficult to treat fish orally with Medicated food. I also agree a Water Change is in order.

Ok I will add an air stone and change 10% of the water tmrw so I should stop medicating completly?? And then just feed flakes? Do you think the fish is sick?

Also since the heavy breathing I turned my wave maker up a bit and moved it a bit more upwards to agitate the surface even more is that a good idea?

If possible, I would do 50%. 10% would not do a whole lot. I would also stop medicating.

White Stringy Poop could be due to any number reasons. Most of the time it's simply the diet and internal parasites in Captive Bred Clowns are unlikely. The more concerning issue is the Flared Gills. That could be an indication of Ammonia or Brook.

This is not enough. Add an air stone to tank.

You are depending on online advise?? Its your tank.... good advise given but do what you feel is best and let us know the outcome. I know the signs and fish does not display such. Been doing this 4 1/2 decades

No I’m not saying I don’t trust you or anything it’s just I’m still newer and don’t fully know what to do or what’s wrong because I was told to medicate with focus and metro when I first saw stringy poop and the poop has gotten less mucasy but then today she’s breathing heavy and then on her I was told she was very sick and it just kinda freaked me out but I’m gonna get the air stone and other water change like you said and see what happens and I will stop the brine shrimp and meds and just feed flakes

I was also told to use API general cure do you think I should do that as well? Could it be wasting disease?
You can use this as its multi symptom. Be careful with online advise and also mixing meds which may lead to death
