Use superglue and fill in the hole where it is as long as it is on rock.

I cant see anything in that video. why not just take a picture. Could be anything that looks like a filtering invert.

Almost looks like a feather duster. Shine a bright light on it and see if it retracts.

No reaction with shine light, it was look like little tube worm but too late i cut with the knife the tubes and clean with water, now i put the rocks back to the tank
