The random is good and it should be totally fine there, it could definitely handle more though if you want/need to for other corals

Frogspawn are fine with low flow but in my experience especially with Wall Frogspawn, they can handle and thrive in a much higher flow than in your video. I can not speak for flow with a Branching Frogspawn though. The 2 walls on the left have almost doubled in size in just over a year and the one on the right I have had for 7mo and has increased size about 35-40%. They also have been acclimated to a higher par than most reefer's seem to recommend. Mine are at 295-320 par. I have been told Wall Frogspawn grow much slower than branching but mine seem to be not following that theory.
