is this my torch growing a new head? There is a soft bump on the other side as well that started also.

Torches split they don't from spots like that...that I am aware of lol

Could be a sponge...
 
It’s been growing from the soft tissue area for a couple of weeks
So interesting...does it look like its part of the tissue or something inside of it?
