My clownfish is looking kinda brownish, I want a solid answer on what I can do to make its color as bright as possible.

No, not really. To my understanding, it depends mostly on diet, but the transformation would take a while. The only advice I can offer is to change lighting and enhance color in a photo editor.

There really isn't a "solid" answer to that, as mentioned about live food and lighting is where its at. Also whats the behavior? Is it getting bullied?

The only things that come quick in reef keeping are typically bad. Time, a good diet and water conditions, and some good lighting. Good luck.
