Use blue Planet fluke and tapeworm remedy in your country. Also another is waterlife MyxazinI ordered him online and I think he has gill flukes, he's been rubbing against sand and dry rocks.

The same brand has a remedy with myxazin, thank you I'll buy some on my way home
