Is this a deep water Acro?

So I got this frag from someone tearing down their tank. I didn't get a name other than it was an acropora. I've looked online and the closest I can find is deepwater acro's. It has white skin under daylight but with blues turned on it's a mint green color. It has small white polyps that are widely spaced that have been extending more and more each week. It seems to be doing well under high par (it's in the hotspot for my sbreefs so around 350-400 par) it's base is encrusting and a frag I made of it is encrusting the plug it's on.

If anyone has any ideas on what I have here that would be great.

Hard to say right now... it has a lot of polyps, but they are just not out. I would need more time on this one.

I'll post a current shot when I get home these were a couple weeks old. This guy just confuses me since it's so smooth skinned and from why I read a lot of the deepwater acros are tht way

It could be. You can see all kinds of corallites and polyps that are just not out. Most smoothies have very, very few polyps. It is cool, either way.

If it is a deepwater, then it might not appreciate all that much light. Mine do best at 250-400 under MH, but do not like to be blasted... they can be, but they color differently and stuff.

That looks a lot like anacropora rather than Acropora
