Is This A Disease/Parasite?

Hello everyone, I bought this Midas blenny on June 1st, from my LFS, he had been there for awhile according them, and there salinity is kept the same as mine is at 1025, I’ve noticed for the last couple days that he always has this breathing thing going on, and he regurgitated some of his food today, I’m not sure if it’s because he ate too fast, or what’s going on, it’s not really the clearest video, so I can try and take a more clearer one, but I think it should do, and he was not quarantined, you can observe another video at the end of my last thread of need be.

Hard to tell from video provided as fish is hidden within coral. Also need to eliminate blue lighting and furnish white light intensity only

I think this is much clearer, going into YouTube makes it more clear aswell, I’m seeing some stuff at the end of the video coming out the gills maybe?

I see a higher respiration rate but cant see the fish in whole.

Much better image. While I dont see any notable parasite or swimming issues , fish is extremely thin. What foods are you feeding it and is it receptive to feedings?
Some of blennies are susceptible to Edema and when getting this thin may feed off its liver

I feed LRS Reef Frenzy once a day, it eats a fair amount every time I’ve fed him, I noticed a white stringy poop come out of him today, which he tried to eat, until he realized it was poop, kind of looked like the white bits that’s in the LRS Reef Frenzy I feed

Would general api cure along with seachem focus mixed into the LRS Reef Frenzy be sufficient treatment? Also is the Reef Frenzy sufficient enough to feed him long term or should I be mixing something else in his diet?

Likely will not work and focus is a binder. Do not add meds to food. You can try GC, but again will likely not work
