Is this a good deal for a RedSea Reefer 170?

I have a chance to purchase a RedSea reefer 170 used but in very good condition for $600. Comes with the RedSea cabinet, AI Prime 16, UV sterilizer, and an Ice Cap Skimmer.

Don't need another tank right now but considering picking this up for a future build.

Thoughts?

Tank has a good reputation and just the equipment alone is worth $600
Offer $550 but good price plus saving the headache of assembling the stand
