Is this a Milli?

It looks kind of like a milli but not exactly and the polyps don't look the same. What kind of coral is this? Its actually all royal blue and the polyps are beige.

Looks to be a mille, depending on how thick the branches end up getting, it could be something like a prostrata as well

The radial corallites look closer to A. vermiculata to me.
