is this a spaghetti worm?

ive been trying to get rid of all these things since I had my little 20 gallon. I thought they were bad (simply because they look creepy to me.lol), but I recently looked them up and I think they are a spaghetti worm. Is this ID correct and are they ok to leave in your tank???

Yup thats spaghetti alrighty. Very tasty in the marine reef!
Thank your lucky stars it ain't the linguine worm :) or the dreaded AEFW. Both of those are no bueno, imo.
