What is this worm??

So I moved my tank and I’m finding so many new things!

One that has me little worried is this worm I found while cleaning my sand! I believe it’s a peanut worm but I want to make sure before I add it back into the tank.

I also found a few mudusa worms and tons of spaghetti worms which I got rid of.

So is this a peanut worm and should I keep him?
