As the title says I recently picked up a sponge and it seems to have some type of tube worm or feather duster on it. Any help is appreciated!

The first pic has it sucked in, second is out and filter feeding

It looks like a feather duster.
On a second note, how is your lighting and nutrients? That anemone is pretty bleached out.

It's a beadlet anemone, so it doesn't photosynthesize and keeps a tan color. They don't need any light, really, and are mainly carnivorous. MY phone camera also makes him out to be wayyyyyy less colorless than he is. He's fine and happy :)
