Is this Acropora?

I saw this picture on a news article from DW (link below). Is it Acropora or some sort of Gorgonian?

Hard to tell but it does look like an acro.

Ime knobby gorgs have polyps that are parallel to the main stem and these look more like acro coralites to me.

+1 looks like a seahorse to me..but I believe they are talking about the red behind the seahorse
