Is this an Acan or not?

Hi,
i won this coral on ebay. It was labeled as agent orange acan but i do not believe it is acan. It is a bright orange color green center color with a little bit of purple pink in center and a tiny pale dot in the very center. I have another acan and after about three days so far it does not at all act like my other acan in behavior.
It never puts out feeder tentacles. Never reacts to food, never opens its center, mouth. Never gets puffy like my other one. Around the edges seems almost look like an encrusting coral kind of wrapped around the edges and attached
My other acan gets puffy, has feeding tentacles and lifts itself from the edges to close up around food. This one is in question as being acan. Please help identify if you know.

Thanks..., but shouldnt they have the tiny clear feeder tentacles? Ive never had a lord. My other one is not a lord and it seems so much more alive. Heres my other one. it's actually smaller than the orange one. See how it has these tentacles out all day and a clearly identifiable mouth

Not necessarily echinata. It could also be subechinata, hemprichii, or brevis.
