Is this an aiptasia?

So I've added a piece of LR to seed the marco scape,

It's been in for two weeks now and I noticed this little **** growing near the mushroom. (Wasn't really visible at the start of two weeks)

Is it aiptasia? What should I do? I haven't noticed it anywhere else and I don't want to touch it yet incase it can spawn/spread.

I can easily take the piece of rock out and treat it, what would you guys advise?

Tank is new and still maturing, no lights are on. Feeding pellets and flakes

Blurry, but yes, I believe that is a small aptasia.

Hard to tell from the photo, but my guess is it is.
