This fish was in qt from 2 days and suddenly developed black spots. This doesn't looks like black ich so i thought it would be bacterial or coral sting? Should i ask the person to use kanaplex?

That's not velvet or black ich - the spots are too large. I don't think they are coral stings as there are too many of them.

The black coloration is a skin reaction to something - most likely a parasite.

Has it been treated with anything yet? It should be treated with coppersafe and prazipro, although you could start off with General Cure in this case. I see you're in Canada though - getting meds there is difficult.

A 5 minute freshwater dip could buy you some time......
