Is this BJD?

I really haven't had any issues in the tank and this hammer has been in the tank going on 2 months. Is this the beginning of BJD? I figured I'd ask folks that are much more seasoned at this than I am. Appreciate the help!!! TIA

It does not look like it to me, but its not very focused or zoomed in.... To me it looks more like an unhappy polyp.

Only thing different is i added a higher gph filtration, but it still had a decent bounce.
