I've done all the typical Dino treatments to no avail (aside form a blackout). ID with a microscope was inconclusive.

The sole determinant of quick success is whether or not that's a nano reef

Gallonage, not ID or tank parameters. ID and tank parameters factor a little when it's a large tank, and zero when it's a nano because there's a way to clean them into compliance.

A rip clean hasn't been ran, and those threads have the highest cure rate above all methods, to the degree other methods look like they don't work.

Is this a nano, or a large tank?

Hello! It's a 200g Peninsula. Been up for over a year. My nutrients did bottom out a few months ago, but I've dosing both daily since then, maintaining NO3 about 10 ppm and PO4 about 0.1 ppm. pH is 8.0-8.2. I have a good amount of flow (1 MP40 and 2 Nero 7s). I've added UV (still running), done daily turkey basting for several weeks, tried Dino X, tried raising temp to 82-83 for 2 weeks, tried silicate dosing, no WCs, tried daily bacteria and phyto dosing (with UV off for 2 hours) for several weeks.

Just couldn't tell unfortunately. And couldn't get good pics with my phone.
