Is this diatoms? (microscope photo)

The algae has mostly dissipated now that we've added the clam to eat up the phosphates and nitrates, using Dr Tim's Waste Away and the other steps taken. I think it was a reaction from the nitrate and phosphate levels going down quickly. Thanks for everyone's input!
