I am worried this is Dinoflag's...

Can anybody ID and give me an action plan? I already have Carbon in a bag in the filter sock, and GFO in a two little fishies reactor as of 3 weeks ago.

How old is this tank? It looks like it could be dino but to be honest it is not a bad out break

My vote is a mix of diatoms and cyano.

If you have added any new equipment, sand or rock you may see new diatom growth. If you're removing the diatoms before they have a chance to take up all the silicates then you may see other outbreaks as well.

So should I be siphoning or turkey baster blowing it off the rocks, or just let it run its course?
As long as I know its not Dino's then I'm ok waiting it out...

The TLF reactor is new, but the rocks have been covered in brown algae for a while. I used all dry rock, dry sand and one bag of the cariblive sand to get a start on the cycle. No hitchhikers.

Let it run it's course, in my opinion.
