Is this food any good?

Bought this online. I have no idea if it's OK to feed my fish. What do you think? Beef ? Sounds crazy.
This is the staple diet for freshwater Discus fish. I've not had much luck getting my reef fish to eat it.

The blackworms and plankton are fine. Beefheart can pollute water pretty quickly.
