Though I doubt any ratio is printed available online, but let's see if anyone might have any ideas or opinions on this additive mixture.

I'm thinking a mix of 225g spirulina to 20g (5% astaxanthin) haematococcus pluvialis powders. Making the red algae roughly 8% of the mixture to add to various diy foods

The algaes:
Holistic Bin Organic Astaxanthin Powder | Powerful Natural Antioxidant Supplement for Smoothies and Capsules | Whole Haematococcus Pluvialis Algae Supplement (20 Grams) https://a.co/d/6R6PEit

Pure Original Ingredients Spirulina Powder (8oz) Plant-Based Complete Protein, Non-GMO https://a.co/d/4x8SfF5

Do you think 8% is too little or too much? What do you think would be a good ratio?

The ratio does seem reasonable, but if that product (H. pluvialis) is simply the whole, unprocessed/unextracted cells (cysts), they may not be bioavailable (to humans or fish). The cell wall is very robust and not digestible by animals unless processed. It will turn your food red, but it might not offer the antioxidant/pigment benefits to the fish.

So, cracked cell wall then?
