Is this good or bad

I bout a live rock for coralline since 3 months now I've noticed two growth on it never been there I think one is anemone not sure about the other can any one help if they are good or bad remove or not thanks

The second may be but the first I'm afraid of bad anemone majano or else

If I had to guess I would say Duncan or Blasto. Blow some water at it and see if the unknown retracts into a skeletal structure. :-)
