Hi. I bought this torch 2k weeks ago; its nicks torch:. This is the maximum extension im getting from double head? Is that normal extension?

 
What lighting and flow do you have it in? Maybe try putting it on the sanded or lower in the tank and give it less flow and see if you get more extension.

It came from my friends tank, and he had pretty much super high flow. Like triple of what i have on it. And it was long. So he cut me a double head from his colony. Its been around 2 weeos hopefully it recovers
 
IMO the flow does look too strong
 
I think it looks fine to me. might need more time in its new home.

I believe stronger flow = longer extension.
Agree that it also may need more time. But if flow is laminar than in my opinion, stronger flow does not equal longer extension.

If the heads are also pinching or beginning to split, extension can be affected.

Not bad but assure calcium is not below 400 and lights not too bright as well as Phos level not elevated
