is this good silicone to make my own baffles and filtration in my sump?

since ge silicone 1 has changed I am afraid to use it. is this the best option to customize a sump and add baffles and what not?

The "new" GE Silicone 1 is the OLD silicone in a new label/package:




AND, is you're using acrylic baffles, than this is the silicone you want....at HD where they sell acrylic sheet goods.

I used e6000 in the past. Not recommended. I would use aqueon silicon or something similar from an aquarium maker. You can also email and ask a glass aquarium maker if its glass your working with.

GE1* is the same as GE1 from what I have read. For baffles etc GE1 works. I use ASI for non structural and RTV for structural seams
