Is this hammer healthy?

Still params are lower then rc but still adequate for most lps. At your WC schedule you should be fine. It wouldn't hurt to test though. Red Sea pro kit is affordable and works well.
 
magnesium and alkalinity, should i get a calcium test also? If it matters I use RO/DI water with instant ocean and do a weakly 10-20% water change. It's a 15 gallon
If possible then yeah go for it, as vetteguy said it’s not urgent but most definitely may be concerning. Salt does not really matter as to most people it’s based off preference or trace elements for those who have lots of coral in their aquarium. Try keeping them stable as well btw
