Is this ich or something else?

Notice this notice this on my clown fish four days ago, but nothing has changed. Other fish seem fine. This fish is eating. It’s not flashing or scratching on rocks or the sand bed. What else could this be if it’s not ich or is it? It’s just on one side. My other clown is totally fine with nothing visible

Is it just that one single spot? It looks too big to be Ich to me, could it maybe be a grain of sand?

That’s what I’m hoping for but not sure. It’s been 4 days. Everyone else in the tank seems fine with no visible spots.

Looks like a bite mark or light injury and may be a tank mate or other cause
Keep an eye on area for healing and not becoming sore which would require treatment using seachem neoplex

I added 3 chromis fish and noticed it the day after. She’s the dominant one out of the pair of clowns so I don’t think the other clown would have but she was chasing the chromis fish tho
