Is this Ich or ?

My wrasse is looking bad and not swimming properly, covered in white spots but I don’t think it’s Ich, maybe Velvet? I need options for treatment. Thanks
Any advice or suggestions on how to proceed, I have already started a QT, hopefully it is not too late for him.

I’d say your wrasse is past the point of looking bad.

Thanks for your opinion. I think you are right about this fishes situation. He jumped last year when I was working in the tank and later I started wondering where he was.

Yup. He found a nice hiding place behind the tank and much later I found him with the white spot issue so I took a picture and waited for the right time to post.

The best solution to this is to fill a pan with some oil, start up a fryer and grab some bread crumbs. Should be in perfect condition in about five minutes!

This guy landed on the dusty vinyl, but the carpet parameters are always within a few dKH of the tank, last time I checked.
I spill some water every time I do a water change, so I don’t have to measure it.

Not in this tank, I put the lid back on and it stops evaporation.
