I have a Bicolored fox face, today I noticed what I suspect to be ick. I am new to the hobby and am unsure of how I should proceed. Any suggestions?
I do have 4 neon gobies which I had heard may help? I am unclear though.
Thanks for your time guys.

Looks like a few of the neon gobies have it as well.

Copper for 30 days (all fish go to QT at same time). Leave DT fallow for 74 days before moving fish back in.

I'm sure someone is going to jump in any minute now and say you don't need to do anything but feed good food, but I don't believe in that method.

How should I treat it in a qt tank?

If possible for you buy copper and follow the instructions or maybe your LFS can give you some already pre portioned.

I use a 20 gallon Long as my QT tank which should be more than enough for a fox face and neon gobies

Ich takes about 4 months to die without a host in the display tank. All that are infected fish should be QT'd

keep the QT clean and do water changes to remove excess food after feeding to avoid ammonia spikes.

Thank you all for the advice. Idk where I would be without you.
