Is this just a bug or something else??

I’m not sure if this is literally just a bug that fell in the tank and survived underwater lol or if it some kind of pest or something worse. I’ve never seen this in my time of keeping a tank. What could it be? Pics provided. It is the silver thing attached to my starfish lol
