is this light too good to be true?

Aquarium Reef LED Lamp 20W 10000K White (150W Metal Halide alternative Light) | eBay

I saw these...pretttty cheap. I could easily afford 6 or 7 of these. I just dont know much about light technicalities...ive been using t5s and halides my whole life.
Are these as capable as they say they are? I want to be able to support clams if i want.

Im suspicious of them...

They do look like a multichip LED like Kessils. I know nothing about lighting tho...there is a lighting thread tho you could ask this question on:

So they are taking a light that was designed for outdoor use and marketing it towards aquariums. OK. I wouldn't do it, but that's just me. It'll be white and nothing else. Not exactly the best thing for your tank.

I was hoping someone had experimented with this kind before, They seller wont give me much negative camments at all, which is no help.
