Eating and swimming around, alert, no flashing or rubbing. Only on the left fin, left side of tail, and left eye. Pictures are hard because he hides whenever I get close..

Lympho will not start on a face but usually fins. This appears to be a small cyst from a nick or injury. These fish are skittish and run into may things and often nick themselves and many more to come.
Keep an eye on it for retraction and not getting larger or red/sore. If so, treat in separate tank using seachem neoplex

Pics aren't really clear, but the 3rd down does look like lymphocystis.

How long have you had the fish?
No other symptoms?
