Just discovered my Valentini Puffer going to town on a patch of gha on my live rock. I’m wondering do puffers usually go for that,? Maybe some copepods in there, hmmm

Valentinis are omnivores so no surprise or reason for concern. IME puffers tens to munch/or at least try almost anything.

Good CUC member for you:)
I was really happy at first, and then I saw him eat a baby “palm tree” coral 30mins later. Naughty puffer

They are curious, intelligent creatures that explore their surroundings with their mouths. Biting anything and everything is perfectly normal.
