is this normal for an anemone

Just got a bubble tip yesterday, it is hanging upside down.

Yes, probably just getting used to your lighting and will move up in time.

Ok thanks, I turned the lighting down a bit, it was on 100%

Pretty clear my anemone is sick/dying but what is wierd is that it just finally attached itself to something for the first time. I put it in a container yesterday. Wierd.
