Is this normal?

Looks to be okay. Maybe #reefsquad can throw out some advice.

parameters?
 
That's pretty much what the ones in my tank look like ... they haven't been in my care terribly long, maybe two months? They grew like that in another tank that was being taken down.

I'm really super ok good at waterchanges. Haven't checked levels other than salinity in years. I run that ~1.025.
 
I behlive brittle and eroding skeletons usually indicates they were/are being grown in a low calcium environment......I think.
